Material Quantity Disclaimer: 1. All material quantities provided are estimates and are for reference only. 2. Final material quantities are to be confirmed based on as-built site measurements. 3. Material quantities shall include an additional 10% to account for offcuts during installation.
Payment & Site Measurement Terms: A RM500 deposit is required upon order confirmation, after which a site measurement will be scheduled. A second downpayment will be collected prior to material delivery and installation. The remaining balance is payable upon project completion.
